Brendon was very helpful and knowledgable and spent all the time I needed to cover all the details of the hot water heater and operation. However after he left, I noticed that he did not use anything to cover the carpeted stairs and they were left with rust stains and he said he would write down the model of the tank and it was on the invoice. Also he had to turn off the gas and did not offer to relight my fireplace. I should have been on top of these things, but didn't realize until after he had left.

A service was done on our heat pump and humidifier and to check out the furnace.
